Choosing a POS system for your restaurant: what to look for
A restaurant till is more than a screen with a cash drawer. It has to keep tables, send receipts to kitchen and bar, talk to the card terminal and carry your ordering site. This checklist helps you compare — and shows what Menuify does and does not do.

- Receipts per department: kitchen and bar each on their own printer, with the same order number
- Card terminal linked (Mollie or CCV), cash, and part cash plus the rest by card

What Menuify does not do
- No till hardware or couriers of its own: you use your own PC, printer and drivers.
- Orders from delivery platforms (Thuisbezorgd, Uber Eats) do not enter the till; they run alongside.
What does it cost?
The till is in the Pro plan. Restaurant is the ordering site with QR ordering at the table and reservations; Starter the ordering site for delivery and pickup.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy a till?
No. Menuify runs on an ordinary Windows PC or laptop. You connect a receipt printer and, if you like, a cash drawer.
Can I keep my current card terminal?
If it is a Mollie Terminal or a CCV terminal, you link it in the settings. Otherwise you enter the card amount yourself when paying.
How fast can I switch?
The same day: enter the menu (or have it converted from a photo or PDF), install the Windows app and pick the printer.
Does it work in a pizzeria or snack bar too?
