Connect a receipt printer to your restaurant workflow
Menuify for Windows connects your restaurant receipt printer to incoming orders and till sales. The free app opens the panel full screen and prints silently and automatically through printers recognised by Windows.
Use a printer Windows recognises
A USB, network or Bluetooth printer can be used when Windows recognises it. Select a receipt width of 58 or 80 mm and print tickets with bold black text.
Choose a printer per department, such as the kitchen and bar. You can set the kitchen ticket language separately from the customer receipt language and choose copies.
Connect your receipt printer
- Add the printer in Windows Connect your printer and make sure Windows recognises it before choosing it in Menuify.
- Open Menuify for Windows Use the free app to open your panel full screen and select the printers for your departments.
- Set the receipt options Choose the paper width, ticket languages and copies, then check a printed order with your team.

Does Menuify sell receipt printers?
No. You provide the hardware. The Windows app uses printers that Windows recognises.
Can the kitchen and bar have separate printers?
Yes. You choose a printer per department, so each department can receive its own tickets.
Can the kitchen ticket use a different language?
Yes. The kitchen ticket language and customer receipt language are selected separately.
Will a newly connected device print old orders?
A new device prints the last three minutes of orders. Check these tickets before starting preparation to avoid duplicates.
